Complaints policy

If you feel that you have cause for complaint we would rather hear from you than you remain dissatisfied. Many complaints can be resolved by an informal discussion with our Practice Manager Cath Hutton. However, we also offer a formal Practice Complaints Procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the service we provide. The Practice Manager will give you further information. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
