Ordering repeat prescriptions
The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:
- using your NHS Wales app account (through the NHS Wales app website or in the NHS Wales App)
This account shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also:
- bring the paper form to the surgery, when we are open. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form.
- post your request to the surgery. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope)
We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone or email.
Collecting your prescription
Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later.
Medication review
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
