Making an appointment
We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system.
Appointments can be booked by:
- telephoning the surgery on 02920 869 638
- calling into the surgery when we are open
- use the NHS Wales App (please ask at reception for details or find out more here).
All appointments are pre-booked but if you need to be seen and cannot wait for a routine appointment please contact the surgery in the morning to be allocated an emergency appointment.
You may be asked why you need an emergency appointment – this will allow us to navigate you to the most appropriate clinician or service.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.
Appointment times
Monday: 8:40am to 11:40am and 3:30pm to 6pm
Tuesday: 8:40am to 11:40am and 3:30pm to 6pm
Wednesday: 8:40am to 11:40am and 3:30pm to 6pm
Thursday: 9am to 11:40am and 3:30pm to 6pm
Friday: 9am to 11:40am and 3:30pm to 6pm
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 11am on 02920 869 638
Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
